The project based in Cardano Midnight, which aims to create a sidechain, based on the protection of zero knowledge data, has teamed up with OpenZeppelin de la Blockchain Security to introduce a specialized intelligent contract for applications preserving confidentiality. The collaboration, praised by Charles Hoskinson, founder of Cardano, aims to provide developers with tools and robust standards to create applications protected by data on several channels.
Cardano’s new partnership
On Wednesday, Hoskinson went to X to share his enthusiasm, declaring: “I am very enthusiastic about this partnership.” In addition to his article, Hoskinson highlighted Midnight’s announcement: “Midnight and Openzeppelin present a new DEFI frame focused on privacy and compliant. This collaboration will bring a library of specialized intelligent contracts to reject compact with ERC standards and an application starter pack to support and inspire developer developers at midnight. »»
OpenZeppelin, a force majeure in the security and development of blockchain, will create a library of dedicated intelligent contracts, will introduce intelligent contract standards and offer an application starter pack specially designed for the Midnight network. This initiative is designed to extend Midnight’s capacities while transparently integrating into the community of existing developers of OpenZeppelin on Ethereum and other blockchains.
A recognized framework in the blockchain space, OpenZeppelin executives are at the heart of many decentralized applications, having facilitated the secure transfer of more than 21 billions of dollars of total value on several channels. By coupling its experienced security approach with the accent put by Midnight on privacy, collaboration seeks to strengthen confidence in decentralized new generation solutions.
OPENZEPPELIN will organize a specialized library for compact, the language based on Typecript behind the applications centered on the confidentiality of Midnight. This includes compact equivalent implementations of ERC standards widely used as ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155 and ERC3643.
Jonathan Alexander, CTO in Openzeppelin, underlined the strategic value of this initiative, pointing out: “We are delighted to associate ourselves at midnight to drive a new era of blockchain -oriented blockchain. In OpenZeppelin, we believe that data and data security are fundamental pillars of any decentralized advanced ecosystem. »»
To further guide the new developers of the Cardano ecosystem, OpenZeppelin plans to publish a range of ready -to -use applications demonstrating best practices in the DEKENization, identity, NFT and real world (RWA) at midnight. By providing examples of fundamental code, the partnership aims to reduce security risks and simplify the adoption of privacy technologies for new and experienced developers.
One of the most important aspects of collaboration is the Midnight data protection framework, which seeks to extend beyond its own ecosystem and in the broader blockchain field. By combining zero knowledge technology with existing OpenZeppelin executives, developers on other networks can integrate confidentiality features without compromising security or conviviality.
“Confidentiality is the cornerstone of innovation, which is why the protection capacities of data and metadata of Midnight will be essential to unlock Defi, RWA, Medical, Game and other commercial DAPPs,” noted Eran Barak, CEO of Midnight. “With the instrumental support of OpenZeppelin, we help the ecosystem developers to create new DAPPs and to raise those existing to offer data protection while guaranteeing compliance in the rapid landscape of today.”
The partnership will be explored in more detail during a next event on the edge of the fire in Ethdenver on Friday, February 28, with Jonathan Alexander d’Openzeppelin and Eran Barak of Midnight.
At the time of the press, Cardano exchanged $ 0.66.
