Ran Yi, Co-Founder of Orderly Network, Attended Multiple Events at KBW

NEW YORK, Sept. 12, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Orderly Network, a pioneering cloud liquidity infrastructure provider, successfully concluded Korea Blockchain Week (KBW), held September 1-7 in Seoul. The company’s presence at the premier blockchain event featured a series of engagements, including panel discussions, live discussions, and a keynote speech by co-founder Ran Yi.

Held in the South Korean capital since 2018, the annual KBW brings together blockchain communities and web3 leaders from around the world. Co-organized by Hashed and FACTBLOCK, Korea Blockchain Week has become an industry-leading event that allows blockchain movers, shakers, and innovators to meet, mingle, and exchange ideas.

At KBW 2024, Orderly Network maintained a packed schedule, with co-founder Ran Yi participating in several events in addition to his keynote presentation. On September 2, Ran attended Asia’s Superchain Pioneers in Seoul, where he shared the inspirations behind founding Orderly and his mission to bring a centralized exchange experience to DeFi.

In a 30-minute presentation, Ran explained the challenges facing DeFi, including fragmented liquidity, high fees, and suboptimal user experience. He outlined Orderly’s approach to solving these issues through innovations such as unifying cross-chain liquidity and developing a gasless order book for perp swaps.

Following his well-received keynote, Ran made two more appearances at Korea Blockchain Week. He participated in an institutional panel discussion on DeFi on September 4, followed by a guest appearance at the Infra & Security panel discussion at MKGA, the web3 summit that brings together VCs, builders, and KOLs from Asia and the West.

Throughout the week, Ran participated in numerous discussions about the health and future of the DeFi landscape, blockchain security, and strategies for improving on-chain liquidity. He also took the opportunity to champion Orderly’s in-development solutions, with a focus on the company’s efforts to improve self-custody, cross-chain interoperability, unified liquidity, and refined user experience.
