The UBRI offers universities access to the practical experience of blockchain, research and experimentation. As part of its initiative, the UBRI has promised $ 1.1 million at Korea University for a six -year collaboration. This is based on the partnership that the initiative created with Yonsei University last fall.

The University of Kyoto and the University of Tokyo both benefited from this initiative, collectively receiving $ 1.5 million to advance research on blockchain. Meanwhile, in Singapore, funding exceeded $ 3 million, support for Nanyang Technological University and the National University of Singapore.

For the first time since its creation, the Ubri has developed in the academic landscape of Taiwan. The initiative is associated with the National University of Science and Technology in Kaohsiung (NKUST).

This partnership is supervised by Dr. Echo Huang, director of the International MBA program, and represents a new initiative focused on the tokenization of real assets (RWA).

Thanks to this project, the University will analyze the technical and political aspects of the RWA show on different networks and will explore the means that technology can be adopted by institutions.

Recently, Ripple Labs has announced the launch of a new initiative to promote Web3 development in Japan. The Payment Infrastructure Company offers Japanese web 3 -web3 subsidies up to $ 200,000.

Meanwhile, the Ripple’s current legal battle with Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States (Sec) approaches a critical deadline of June 16, when the SEC 60-day window expires to update the American Court of Appeal.

Legal experts remain divided on the result of the case, some specifying on a potential regulation before the appeal progresses.
