Stiftung Ethereum, the Ethereum Foundation based in Zug, based in Switzerland – based in Switzerland –Ethereum.orgseeks to immediately provide the position of executive director within the Foundation.
The role is to define and unload the daily affairs of the Foundation and to direct the organization at the executive level. The chosen candidate will have significant experience in business financing activities and / or operations. A technical background (software, hardware, mathematics, science) is advantageous but not necessary.
The capacity to operate effectively in Switzerland and in the world is essential and the candidate selected will have to live full time in Switzerland or spend most of his time there.
- Experience in the construction or management of a foundation is a plus.
- Knowledge of the space of cryptocurrencies is strongly desired but not essential.
- The desire to work in a creative and energetic way to define emergency decentralized economic and social systems is a critical requirement.
- The director will interact with and support several Ethereum divisions which are engaged in the development of software, communications and community awareness activities.
- The director will supervise operations in subsidiary divisions, further refining activities that belong correctly to the foundation level and which at the level of the operational company.
- The director will be supported by the staff already in place and with the possibility of hiring additional council professionals who have passed the ethereum in local and global commercial environments.
- The director will work in close collaboration with local and global companies in Ethereum, accounting and human resources companies in Ethereum.
- The coordination of activities with local and global organizations as a wedge, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), CryptoseSerse Research Group (CCRG), self -regulation organizations and traditional regulation organizations should be part of the portfolio.
