The main companies of Crypto Uniswap, Jump Trading and the Blockchain Association will soon publish a joint declaration supporting the Blockchain Regulatory Certiagne Act (BRCA), according to the journalist of Crypto Eleanor Terrett.
Terrett said 238,200 subscribers on the X social media platform that the declaration is “imminent”.
“New: I hear that a joint declaration is imminent of the eight main commercial associations of Crypto, as well as Uniswap and Jump, expressing their support for the Blockchain Regulatory Culture Act (BRCA) included in the latest version of the Clarity Act.”
BRCA aims to provide clarity and certainty to developers, minors and other innovators in the non -guardian cryptography ecosystem.
According to Terrett, the eight groups are the DEFI education fund, Coin Center, Solana Institute, Chamber of Digital Commerce, Blockchain Association, Crypto Council, Bitcoin Policy Institute and Paradigm, which say that the legislation is essential to protect software developers and infrastructure providers who do not make customer funds.
“The amendment, initially introduced by the GOP Majority Whip and now with the bipartite support of the Ritchie representative, is considered by many in the industry as a safeguarding of fundamental policy for Defi developers.
“It is extremely important that we do not deal with open-source developers like traditional financial institutions,” said a policy of politics. “BRCA clearly traces this line and protects innovation.”
The joint declaration urges the legislators to include BRCA in the Clarity Act, the bill on the structure of the digital asset market of the Chamber, which should be marked next week. »»
